Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Hamilton, Ontario and the surrounding area — generally within about 30 minutes of Hamilton Mountain. If you are unsure whether your address is in our zone, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary with your location, order volume and time of day. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 hours. For the most accurate ETA after placing your order, please contact us directly.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are based on your location and order size. Orders that meet our free-delivery minimum ship at no charge within Hamilton. Your exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

What are your hours of operation?
Our current delivery hours are: Monday–Wednesday 11 AM – 8 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM – 9 PM, and Sunday 12 PM – 7 PM. Order before 8 PM for the best chance at same-day delivery.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Holiday hours can vary. We recommend contacting us in advance or checking our website for holiday schedule updates before placing your order on a holiday or long weekend.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. There is a minimum order amount, which is shown at checkout. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders within our Hamilton service area.
What products do you carry?
Mountain Greenery 420 carries a curated selection of cannabis products including flower (Indica, Sativa and Hybrid strains), concentrates such as hash and shatter, vaping products, edibles and CBD. Our inventory rotates regularly.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes — you will need a customer account to place orders. An account lets us verify your age, process your orders and give you a smoother delivery experience. Registration is quick; just head to the account page to get started.
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account and open the Orders section to view your recent orders and their status. For a live ETA on an in-progress delivery, contact us directly.

Is it safe to pay by e-transfer?
Yes — as long as you confirm the e-transfer details directly with us through our official contact channels before sending any payment. Always verify the correct e-transfer email with Mountain Greenery 420 staff first. Never send payment to an unverified address.

What is the age requirement to order?
You must be 19 years of age or older to place an order with Mountain Greenery 420. This is a legal requirement for cannabis purchases in Ontario. Age verification may be required at registration and at delivery.
Will I need to show ID at delivery?
Our delivery team may ask to verify your age at the door. Please have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery. If you are unable to verify your age, the order may not be completed.
How do I register or log in to my account?
Visit the account page to register a new account or log in to an existing one. During registration you will confirm your age and agree to our terms. Once registered you can browse the shop, place orders and track your order history.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page, click the "Lost your password?" link and enter the email associated with your account. You will receive a password reset email shortly. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us for help.
